TIPS FOR PACKING

Most of us love travelling, but when it comes to packing very few people would say they actually enjoy it. For some people, it can cause so much stress and anxiety. It so hard to know what to take and how to make it fit in a small carry on. Stay tune, for some great tips on how to pack like a professional. Hopefully these tips will help you get rid of stress and anxiety.
1. CARRY ON SUITCASE ONLY
There are a lot of advantages of only bringing a carry on suitcase. You save MONEY! You don’t have to worry about waiting for a second bag. You can easily move from one flight to the next. Keep in mind when buying a carry on suitcase, you should get the 22-inch option because anything bigger than that has to be checked. Below is a list of some sturdy carry on suitcases. 2. TOTE BAG
Your tote bag is very important. It should be big enough to carry your toiletry bag, laptop, and your tech bag. You can also put your liquids in that bag that way you don’t have to get anything out of your carry on while going through security. In addition, you should get a belt bag. In this bag, place your ID, money and other important documents. Get one that secure around your waist and not through the loops of your jeans!

3. TOILETRIES AND MAKEUP
Keep your toiletries and makeup in separate bags. If you want to be very organized, you can even put your liquids in a clear bag. Make sure to put your toiletries and liquids in your tote bag and not in your carry on.

4. THANK GOD FOR PACKING CUBES
Whoever invented packing cubes must have been a genius! Certainly a must! Because of packing cubes, you can easily fit a lot of things in your carry on. Packing has become a lot easier. Buying a few different sizes should do the trick. I would recommend about five cubes per suitcase. Another piece of advice is to separate your pieces by cube and type such as, put all of your pants in one cube and shirts in another. Have a base color and try to have everything seamlessly flow together.

5. JEWELRY BAG
Although I wouldn’t recommend traveling with expensive jewelry, but if there are certain things that might ad a little bit of touch to your outfit, you should travel with a jewelry bag. That way you could keep everything organized.
6. TECH BAG
A small tech bag is very handy. You can keep your charger in there and other accessories. It should easily fit in your tote bag.

7. COMFORTABLE SHOES
Minimize how many pair of shoes to take. I would recommend one for touring, walking, hiking the second one a little bit dressier but comfortable, and the third one could be water shoes for water activities. I think three pairs of shoes should be plenty.
8. TRAVEL LIGHT
Travel in layers. Wear your clothes multiple times and change it up with a scarf from time to time.

9. DIRTY LAUNDRY BAG
Having a dirty laundry bag is very useful, that way you can be more organized.
